Brown, Alberto W. (d. 1931), landowner and breeder of Aberdeen Angus cattle in Argentina, was a board member of the Argentine Rural Society in 1921-1923. Founding member and President of the Aberdeen Angus Argentine Society 1920-1927. Member of the Board of Directors of the Argentine Association of Shorthorn Breeders 1920-1927. Owner of estancias La Argentina, La Campana, and Marión. On the latter establishment, in General Villegas, Brown bred prize winning pedigree Aberdeen Angus. Sponsor at the opening of General Villegas Hospital, on 16 de Julio de 1905. Major of General Pinto department in 1893.
