Inmigración que estaría vigente entre 1869 y 1874, que incluso
se hacía responsable desde 1872 de una Oficina de Trabajo,
para encauzar productiva y racionalmente el caudal inmigratorio.
En 1874 tomaría sus funciones el primer Comisario General,
